Snowden Builders, Inc. is headed by Robert Snowden. Bob grew up in Sparta Michigan and is currently raising his family in Grandville. He incorporated Snowden Builders in 1998, but has been around the business his entire life. The Snowden family, including Bob’s father and grandfather, has been building homes and developing neighborhoods for three generations. Bob now has the opportunity to showcase his knowledge, experience and true passion of home building with each of you.

Snowden Builders strives to provide you with the best quality home without the high price tag. Each and every home, from entry level to executive, is constructed using the finest materials and craftsmanship. We have multiple floorplans to choose from or you may choose to purchase one of our existing homes. If you are looking at customizing your own plan, we have a draftsman and architectural software to draw and modify plans; typically within a couple of days. Experience, combined with a genuine love for the trade, helps make each Snowden home truly remarkable and one of a kind.

Our current ranking for 2007 is 64. This is a leap compared to last year’s ranking at 80. Only 100 builders are selected nationwide, and this is a great achievement for us.

Snowden Builders, Inc. is also the first and only "Woman-Centric " licensed builder in Kent County.
